With full time rates starting as low $116.00 per/wk, Toddlerbright can accommodate any day, night, overnight, or weekend child care scheduling needs.

Traditional Preschool Hours

Daytime preschool care (Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) is $135 per week for children 3-months through 3 years-old; and, $116.00 per week for children between 4 and 5 years. A sibling discount of $240.00 per week is offered to families with two children (twin infants not included) enrolled full time during preschool hours only. Toddlerbright does not accept CCS.

Nighttime and Overnight Care

Nighttime and overnight care is available 7-days a week. A rate of $135.00 per week applies to full time care for babies 3 - 12 months; and, $116.00 per week for children 12-months and up. Full time care is considered any five nights and may include weekends. Drop off times for overnight care is between 5:30 and 10:30 p.m. Pick up times are the following morning between 5:30 and 8:30 a.m. The latest pick up time for night care is 11:00 p.m.

Weekend Care

Weekend care is available for $29.00 per day or per night (up to 12 hours) regardless of age.

72-Hour Continuous Care

Continuous care is offered for up to 72 hours. Certain licensing restrictions apply. Cost is $58.00 per 24-hour period for all ages.

Concerning All Care

The aforementioned times reflect traditional care hours. They are not subject to any particular criteria and may be adjusted to fit your scheduling so long as ratios are maintained. For example, you may need childcare until 8:00 p.m. or perhaps a combination of daycare during the week and on weekends. It's okay to customize your care needs so long as drop off and pick up times are consistent or approved at least one week ahead of time. The parents for the majority of the children enrolled in our program are employed by either law enforcement agencies, hospitals, airports, hospitality management, or in various communication fields—so weekly changes in scheduling is common practice. Please note that all care is by contract only. Also note that a full time day/night is considered a period up to 12 hours.

Toddlerbright does not charge for registration, especially when considering most of the paperwork is done at your expense and on your time. All forms are provided. You are responsible for filling them out, having them notarized (if applicable), and obtaining wellness reports and immunization records from your pediatrician prior to enrollment.

All fees are due and payable weekly by 6:00 p.m. on Mondays, in advance. Fees are not pro-rated for time not used and there are no refunds or credits for unused hours. It is not the current practice of Toddlerbright to impose late fines of any type. This includes both late payments and late pick-up times. However, consistent lateness in either payment or pick-up times may lead to termination of enrollment contract without notice. Checks are not accepted. Payments must be made online or in cash for exact amount owed. Toddlerbright does not charge transaction fees.
